What drew you to WashU?

I feel very privileged to be at WashU because every department is excellent. I wanted to seek out an institution that was based in strong academic medicine while also promoting an environment of horizontal collegiality, and I’ve been very happy to have found that balance here.

What is your favorite part about living in St. Louis?

I love the people! St. Louis is truly a place where people look out for each other. And as much as there is to do in the city, there are equally as many things to do outside including hiking, checking out wineries, and exploring neighboring towns.
