What drew you to WashU?

WashU’s focus on professional development as a whole was very appealing to me – the faculty will truly go out of their way to support you in all of your endeavors. Additionally, the quality of the training here is simply unparalleled. It is truly a privilege to work alongside esteemed physicians and colleagues who are not only incredibly successful and intelligent but who are also down-to-earth, supportive, and enjoyable to work with. Finally, the 4/2/2 schedule is a unique setup that allows us to take advantage of this strong training in a manner that also emphasizes quality of life.

What is your favorite part about living in St. Louis?

The city is incredibly livable, and it is so easy to explore the various restaurants and breweries/bars in neighborhoods across the entirety of the city and county. Additionally, both Forest Park and Tower Grove Park are some of my favorite places to run, bike, or simply enjoy an evening or a day off.
