What drew you to WashU?

I grew up in St. Louis and have long been familiar with the excellent care provided at Barnes. It was the place where the sickest and most complicated patients would often end up, and its reputation for taking care of people was undisputed. After my interview, and realizing that this culture of excellence also translated into the physician training, it was the easiest decision I ever made in my life to come here.

What is your favorite part about living in St. Louis?

St. Louis is the perfect balance between affordable and fun. There are so many different food neighborhoods to choose from depending on your preferences, you can live in a nice apartment without clearing your bank account, and there are always exciting events and festivals happening in the area!
