What drew you to WashU?

I loved how friendly and welcoming the residents in the program were, and I felt I would be able to get outstanding medical training. I enjoy seeing patients from a very large geographic area, increasing our exposure to unusual cases. Also, the support for physician-scientists is really built into the culture here.

What is your favorite part about living in St. Louis?

The cost of living is great, and I love living within walking distance of Forest Park. The views of the park from some of the hospital windows are amazing too.
